In this video I have tried to cover all the nutrition foods & beverages which will ultimately help the new mommies to recover from pregnancy and become healthier. The points which I have covered in this video are - 1. Dairy products. 2. Green vegetables (Palak, Broccoli). 3. Liquid intake for hydration. 4. Fruits, 5. Daal (Pulses). 6. For Non-vegetarian Salmon fish. 7. Laddu which includes Ghee, dry fruits, etc. 8.
